Custom cabinetry and a spacious island define this culinary heart. Morning light hits the breakfast nook, connecting directly to the wooden deck terrace.
Cabinetry includes 2 fridge freezers, 2 ovens - 1 gas powered and 1 electric, 2 x 4 burner gas hobs and a powerful extractor fan, 2 microwaves, a built-in dishwasher and water osmosis machine, and also a double-bowled sink and a separate sink for food preparation.
The island area has LED lighting within the ceiling giving bright white lighting.
Sanctuary
A tranquil retreat with generous proportions and multi-facing views, including views of the sea. It provides comfort, privacy, and naturalistic views. We welcome wildlife on the property and have seen and experienced this. We can be at peace with nature, and since there is a zoo nearby, sometimes we can hear the lions roar! Daily, we have the eagles flying above; what a lovely sight.
The Pool
This is a 10 x 5 m2 dismountable pool but it's place half in the ground as this is classed as rustic land any permnament structre has to be approved by the local townhall, having this type of pool gave us a quick solution for the lovely hot summer days. This intimate outdoor space extends the living area. A private oasis for relaxation and entertaining it just requires landscaping.
The Family Dining Room
Plenty of space for the family to dine and chat about their day, this room is part of the open plan design.
