Commercial-grade wide-plank flooring extends throughout the main living areas, capturing natural daylight from south-facing window openings. This commercial-grade laminate flooring is on both floors, but the three bathroom floors are tiled.

Extensive land leveled in tiers giving multiple usage of different areas. On the land are also two 12m containers used for storage, but they can easily be adapted for any use. There is also a brick-built solar room, a generator, and garden tool housing, so plenty of opportunities.

The exterior has wooden planks giving it a Swiss chalet look. When we bought the property, we removed the wood around the balcony and made it out of brick, but unfortunately, we haven't had time to cement render the bricks.
